Every chat conversation automatically provisions its own directory under /chats/ inside the client's .brain. Full conversation logs, thought histories, and any documents or reports generated during the chat are permanently preserved there.
While your agent can surf your connected codebase and `.brain` to answer deep technical or operational questions, OS kernel permissions (`contextable_ro`) strictly block any write access to client apps or system directories outside `.brain/chats/`.
